The KT-50 is the introductory turntable to our range which offers a brilliant sound and high quality finish whilst still accommodating the lower end of the budget. This product is ideal for someone inexperienced but still striving to find an amazing performance-to-cost ratio or someone just looking to keep to a budget.

As our entry level turntable we found it important to meet customers needs in terms of performance as this may be a turntable you look to after only just starting your journey as an audiophile, however we also wanted to assure that the tone was set from the start of the range of our high expectations and standards. The KT-50 with its high gloss Makassar or satin Walnut wood plinth, uni-pivot arm including vertical tonearm adjustment (VTA) and high accuracy machined parts such as our sub platter machined from military grade acetal plastic proves those high standards. Performance is extremely important to us and we believe for the price the KT-50 truly provides a complex sound which any person would be impressed by for the money but also you cannot ignore the beautiful finish that the wood plinth provides. Furthermore to compliment the already outstanding standard of this turntable, the ease of use and simplicity of functionality of the TALK A1 arm finalises the well rounded attributes of the KT-50, with the adjustable lift lower device and VTA you will never struggle to find the perfect set up for yourself.

Perfect for newcomers or just on a budget… the KT-50 is certainly a fantastic place to start.

  • Once again thanks for your help. I first visited Bartletts in 1993 and bought the Audiolab 8000a to equalise and compete with whatever the neighbours were playing at the time through the very thin walls of a Victorian Mansion Block. My Quad at the time although could musically could not compete. I had bought the Quad in 1984 at a place in Camden by Mornington Crescent, although I felt that I bought what" that particular shop "wanted to sell me rather than what I wanted.

  • I would just like to thank the Bartlett's team for pulling out all the stops when an order failed to materialise through no fault of their own. Terrific service and would certainly shop with Bartlett's again.

  • If I could give Bartlett's 10 stars I would....Quite superb service (a special mention for Simon here) - Buy from this supplier with complete confidence.
