Quad 11L2
So here we have the Quad 11L2 Louspeaker which are slightly small than their predecessors.
Visually it is obvious that Quad 11L2 Louspeaker employs a different tweeter than before as there is no longer a visible gap between the two drive units on the front baffle like before. The tweeter on the Quad 11L2 Louspeakers is indeed brand new and features across the entire L2 range. Quad are rightly proud of the Quad 11L2 louspeakers tweeter which uses a neodymium magnet and a unique aluminium wound voice coil which is claimed to be able to handle greater power and provide a wider more natural frequency response way beyond the human ears cut off point at around 20kHz.
